I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Minneapolis-Saint Paul)
Interview
Panel interview after 1 recruiter interview with fairly average questions. I feel emphasis was only on selling solution they provide and not on skills possessed by the individual. It was an overall waste of time. They almost wanted a parrot.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Omaha, NE) in Jan 2023
Interview
Interview process was extensive with 5 total interviews. The first couple were screening type interviews. Then 2 business plan presentations followed by a “role play” with a director. Prepare to know the products and services sold by T-mo and give yourself plenty of time to prepare between interviews especially if you’re asked to do a role play. I wasn’t expecting the technical extent of the role play I was given & a few more days to prepare would’ve helped a lot.
