      Applications Senior Product Manager Interview

      19 Oct 2021
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (New York, NY) in Aug 2021

      Interview

John Cox (PeopleScout contractor for T-Mobile) reached out via email in August within a week of my applying online. We had a teams call, was told that there was going to be a follow-up with the hiring manager as this was a backfill position so it was critical to fill quickly We did salary negotiations, discussed relocation incentives, and ironed everything out Then he dropped off, no emails, texts, calls, etc Never got the hiring manager conversations, it's been 3 months (this was August) so I've moved on but, as someone whose been a C-Level executive, this kind of behavior is significant as this was the second HR professional from PeopleScout/T-Mobile that did this.
