Process took about 4 weeks, mostly due to the holidays. This was one of the most laid-back, yet professional job interviews I've had! The recruiter was incredibly transparent with me from the start (even told me their target salary ranges upfront). I had 3 video interviews with 3 different people (on different days) in addition to a phone screen with the recruiter. Everyone was very friendly and relaxed during the interviews, which didn't make it super stressful or nerve-wracking for the interviewee.
