Interview was conducted in 2 parts. 1) A session where you make an audio/video recording answering some basic questions about yourself; 2) A digital interview through the T-Mobile interface for HireVue.

They asked the usual customer service competencies but also had a small roleplay session of aiding a customer with their T-Mobile data plan heading into an out-of-country vacation.
