Interview
Typically there are multiple interviews (about 3-4 rounds) that focus on presentation skills, behavior and techniques. There are usually lots of conflict resolution type questions (tell me about a time you and a teammate didn’t see eye to eye)

Question 1
Tell me about a time your project failed and what did you do? Tell me about what wrong in a previous project and why? How do you handle situations when a team member is not holding his or her weight on the team?
The pre-screen included common pre-screen questions. The next step was a Peer Interview. The interview was very stiff, 100% STAR-based, seemed scripted, and lacked authenticity. It seems odd to conduct a peer interview before meeting with the hiring manager.
two interviews - one was individual and one was a group interview. the group was with future team members and those in a cross functional group. duration was between 30 minutes and an hour
