Interviewing for T-Mobile’s Corporate Counsel position was a streamlined and simply process. The entirety of the process lasts about 4-5 interviews including an introductory phone call with T-Mobile’s talent recruiter, and some panel interviews. Instructions were clear and I understood what to expect next every step of the way.

Why was I interested in moving from a law firm to an in-house counsel environment?
The interview process was standard but very drawn out. I got the sense that the team and hiring manager didn't really know what they were looking for, which was unhelpful as a candidate.
