First I was emailed an online test that consisted of a timed data entry skills test and a personality test, once I received my score from that someone called me to complete a phone interview with very simple questions about your ability to perform the job and schedule availability, and lastly, I had to go in office for a tour, an in person behavioral interview, and mock phone call. I received a call the next day stating I got the job and then had to complete a very in depth background check.
