Regarding the salary, we’re very transparent throughout the recruitment process as to what this is. This is from the very initial conversation with our team to the final stage of job offer. TAXIBOX understands the importance of fair compensation and we’re continually evaluating our salary structures to remain competitive in the market (we regularly benchmark). If the salary wasn’t aligned with your expectations in that initial conversation, it feels odd that you still proceeded to interview in person?
