Two rounds one with Manager and another with Director. I cleared the interview but there salary structure is too poor..they think candidates are fool..they offer me less ctc then my current organisation and want me to join by just offering incentives and early bonus...Management thinks he is so smart to pay on basis of performance but not on company change..but you should pay according to the skills of employee,,if you cant pay pls dont waste time by calling candidates to your office instead of that these things should be cleared on telephonic round by your HR team..
