Interview
The interview was pretty informal. The owner is looking primarily for two things, knowledge of the product and personal integrity/work ethic. Most questions are geared to testing knowledge and values.

THe owner asked about my retail experience, and technical knowhow around those matters, then gave me firearms to look at to test my basic knowledge of their workings and safe handling, and we talked about the market in guns, the political aspects and other matters.
