The response time is slow, although the first round assesses the candidate's ability correctly, the second round evaluates them subjectively. The test has many parts and takes a lot of the candidate's time but does not pay a fee.

Met with the head engineer and with the VP R&D for a short interview. Next, met with the PR and CTO. Last met with the CEO. They asked me about my technological background and explained about the company.
