2 stage interviews - Call and then face to face. 1st stage is nice and relaxed, just a get to know you chat. 2nd stage is skills based and a bit of a grilling but friendly.

The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TFA (UK) (Wolverton, Buckinghamshire, South East England, England) in Sept 2022

Interview

Laid back, relaxed and semi-informal. Presented my work and answered some questions, interviewers were professional but approachable and I felt considerably at ease the whole time. After the chat, I didn’t wait long before I had heard back from them (within a few days) with an offer.
