Interview
Very easy, one screening and one 30 minute interview. People were really nice and conversational. For the screening, had a very small chat with a person from HR, and for the interview it was someone who actually worked in the space.

They asked all of the basic behaviorals, but one question that threw me for a loop was how does your biggest strength contribute to combatting your biggest weakness.

Interview
1st interview was a screening with HR. then got a final round that was a 2 on one interview with banker/managers. Basic HR situational and behavioral questions. less than 2 weeks process
