Got a call from a recruiter on a Tuesday, had an interview on Wednesday. Went through about 3 rounds of interviews, 2 phone, 1 onsite. Then I waited about 2-3 weeks for the offer.

How do you handle conflict with difficult coworkers?
Typical - Submitted the resume to a recruiter and received interview request. After confirming the date and time, had my 1st round of interview. A few days later got a request for second round of interview.
After several interviews I never heard back. The interviews were standard but after I was told I would hear back, I emailed and never did. Ended up a waste of time.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TIAA (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2025

The interview was more like a conversation but you should have a good confidence while answering. it covered almost everything related to product management like from roadmap planning to how to handle non technical business stake holders , from cross-functional collaboration to storytelling questions
