I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TIAA (Lewisville, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
I was contacted on LinkedIn and asked if I would be interested in interviewing for the position. After a phone interview with the LinkedIn recruiter, my resume was forwarded to an on-site recruiter. I did not hear from that recruiter until 2 weeks later. After setting up a time to speak with her in more detail, I never received a call. Two weeks later, I got a message from a recruiter asking if I would be interested in the position. After explaining that I had already been through that process, I was asked to fill out an online application and paperwork for a background check and an on-site interview was scheduled. The interview itself wasn't bad. I felt that I did a great job answering the (behavioral) questions. Today marks three weeks since my interview, and I haven't heard a word back from the company (even after emailing my recruiter a week ago to follow-up).

Question 1
What has your recruiter discussed with you so far?
Straight forward, brief, friendly. Followed STAR method for interview process. Come prepared, questions were as expected. No surprises, super nice building. Panel interview with 2 interviewers. Short tour of building after interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at TIAA (Frisco, TX) in Mar 2026
Interview
The phone interview went well and the assessment was straightforward even though they moved on to another candidate I did not get a chance for an in person interview. I learned a lot but have to wait a year to reapply for the same role but afterwards, I got a link for how to get certified with SIE I picked the non experienced required role so I would be trained for 19 weeks (5 months) 4 days in and one day at home. Then after training it would be 3 days in and 2 days at home so the set up seemed promising.
