Two men interviewed me in a conference room and it was a very standard interview, I even got a mini tour of the site which was a plus and helped me get an idea of what my role would be.

Tell me about a time you had to adapt to changes in the company?
Straight forward, brief, friendly. Followed STAR method for interview process. Come prepared, questions were as expected. No surprises, super nice building. Panel interview with 2 interviewers. Short tour of building after interview.

Interview
The phone interview went well and the assessment was straightforward even though they moved on to another candidate I did not get a chance for an in person interview. I learned a lot but have to wait a year to reapply for the same role but afterwards, I got a link for how to get certified with SIE I picked the non experienced required role so I would be trained for 19 weeks (5 months) 4 days in and one day at home. Then after training it would be 3 days in and 2 days at home so the set up seemed promising.

Two managers, simple customer service questions, hardest questions were the behavior ones specifically, "tell me about a time you had to empathetic towards someone" "tell me about a time you had to deliver bad news"
