TIC Group interview questions

2-stage process, one with the hiring manager and another with the next level up. The situational question provided an answer based on the STAR method and also asked about some behavioral questions

The interview questions was basic but don’t understand the selection process. I have cleared all technical round but firstly notice period was the issue and secondly they are saying about skills issue. So totally disappointed from this. If a candidate get shortlisted after all rounds what’s the issue regarding skills and NO.
