Easy, very friendly ! Overall felt very at ease and calm given the tight knit office for the designers, felt like a family! At times, their teams were a little unorganized but it was nothing I could not handle.

Pretty easy. Mostly described position to see if I was a fit. Met with editor and associate publisher. Didn't get to meet the rest of the team before I was hired.
