I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TMC (Luxembourg) in Nov 2022
Interview
First interview was just 5 minutes, interviewer told to introduce myself and after that said I have passed. He then sent me an example contract and a cost price sheet stating my expected base salary and other costs on the company. It was odd that they sent those documents before sending the technical test but luckily I passed the test and they contacted me again for a second "interview" with business manager where I was expecting to be asked questions about if I am comfortable with the salary they offered or any other questions. Instead, I was the one who asked questions all interview, which was shown at the end that it wasn't really an "interview" but a call to settle economic things. As a fresher I didn't know that negotiating salary was supposed to be in that call, I thought I should wait for them to send me an official offer first. So I did, and when they sent the offer and I tried to negotiate the salary, recruiter replied with a cold "no". They didn't reply to any of my emails ever since. Overall, the process was random and not clear at all at least for a fresher like me. I am talking about the Luxembourg branch, though. Other branches at other countries may be more professional I believe.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Technical test was on java and python, mainly problem solving questions. Pretty easy test but what was troubling was that every single question had a time limit.
