Substandard at best. During the phone and Zoom interview, they'd keep selling you on the job possibly leading you to be promoted into management. But the second you ask about what makes the management jobs so appealing, they deliberately weasel out of saying what compensation or benefits are waiting for you. The one thing this sales-oriented business refuses to actually sell people on is the idea of working for them. And no, they didn't get back to me like they said they would (Wow, what a big loss there).
