A recruiter reached out to me, I spoke with them. Then had a 30 minute. interview to go over technical experience. The next steps would have been a strategic interview, but they didn't move me along after the platform interview. My feedback was "they liked your technical skills, but wanted someone with more strategic experience." During the technical interview, they did not ask me a single question regarding my strategy experience. Awful experience and lied to me about why they didn't move me forward.
