I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TTEC in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied, went through an interview session and was told I would be contacted to set up an offer call at which time I could decide if I wanted the position. Was provided with a date to do that call, but when I informed them I could not make that date due to a previous commitment, I was told to keep trying online to set up a time. You have to log in to their system to set up a time, I do so several times a day and am never given any options, and this has been going on for over a week. I've been told three times by a company CSR that you have to just keep trying. For how long? Who knows.
Reviews on this company are not very good anyway so I won't sweat it, but was hoping to find something to work from home that was a legitimate company. This one may very well be, but their business practices are lacking. I can't imagine how many good people they probably lose who just give up over this BS.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a situation where you helped an unhappy customer.
The interview is a Zoom meeting with about 30 other people. A few videos are played that don't really tell you anything about the job or company. We were split into groups of five ish people and a person asked questions from a script and we took turns answering. The interviewers couldn't really answer questions about the job or even what we would be doing. It was a strange experience but not stressful or anything.

Question 1
I was asked whether I had experience working as a CSR, experience working remotely, then a cliche interview question-when did you overcome a challenge and how did you do it.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at TTEC (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2023
Interview
It’s quick and easy. Set of 20 people on a zoom call. You will be asked where do you live, can you do full time, are you on school, and are you available weekends?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TTEC (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2023
Interview
Easiest interview ever. Usually in a group setting, they explain the position and ask if everyone is fine with it. Then usually an offer letter would be sent within 1-2 days.
