It would have been better had the interviewer asked what my future goals were, or perhaps outline certain opportunities for growth not just tell me the position they were hiring for at the time.
The interview process was via the phone and I thought that it was fast and simple questions were asked. I got an interview scheduled pretty quick with a start date after the background check was complete.
