      Digital Account Specialist Interview

      21 Aug 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Tempe, AZ
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at TTEC (Tempe, AZ) in Oct 2019

      Interview

The interview process started out great. I had a screening call with a recruiter and set up a time for a F2F interview. The F2F interview was all set and they tried to move the time after I got in the car, then when I arrived I was told that they were interviewing 3 people at the same time so they would not let me meet 1:1 with the hiring manager but instead moved it to a committee. I met with one person F2F and another was on the computer, but that wasn't something they made me aware of right away. Both people were really nice. The interview was challenging and fun really - lots of questions and then a good role play. Everyone seemed excited to work there and ambitious. I felt 100% like they didn't care about me and then they offered me the job and gave me a tour. I ended up turning it down, but I was delighted to have the opportunity.
