Interview
call center testing on computer for basic computer skills. No need to type fast. instant pass fail followed by recruiter asking a few basic questions to see if you are customer service oriented, describe the job, give pay rate and benefit info. A major portion of the weeding out happens as people stop here and say no thank you. For those that continue, some still fail the drug test Now hired others drop out in the training room, where what you need to know overwhelms many. Then in the first days and weeks on the job more decide to drop out even after getting through training.

Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
