Interview
The interview process was swift. However they are still using traditional methods of hiring process, which includes written form of application. Which defeats the purpose of electronic database of the applicants. The interview was basically finding a replacement for a foreigner who is working here. The company isn't big nor grand, just a small branch here to assist in the transcoding production for the SEA market.
