TWG Tea interview questions

The interview process at TWG Tea was quite straightforward. First, I submitted my CV and was contacted shortly after for an in-person interview at the boutique. The interviewer asked about my previous retail and customer service experience, as well as my knowledge of tea and luxury brands. The atmosphere was friendly and professional — they wanted to see if I could provide attentive service and adapt to TWG’s premium image. It didn’t feel overly formal; more like a conversation to understand my personality, communication skills, and passion for hospitality. After that, I was informed of the result within a few days.
