When I applied for the job, I applied online. Every Wednesday they have open interviews. After I applied online, I went to an open interview. Once there, he asked simple questions such as my ability to work, hobbies, things of that nature. He also asked me about my flexibility with scheduling. If they want to hire you they will call you back for another interview!
