Quick and friendly people who enjoyed the job themselves. They ask you questions about your self and why you choose to apply at the location. They talk to you like a normal person and enjoy being around you. They are honest and seen interested and willing to learn more about what you want for your future.

They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview.
They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
I answered a few basic questions and got offered the job almost immediately. I would say dress business casual for the job interview and ask a few questions back to the interviewer.
