I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Taco Bell (Soldotna, AK) in May 2014
Interview
Very fast and straight forward interview, to the point where it was borderline unprofessional. I came into the store and was told to sit in a booth and wait for the manager. Shortly after, I was greeted by the assistant manager who sat down and asked me a few simple and generic interview questions. He quickly offered me the position and asked how soon I could begin the orientation process.

I applied online. I interviewed at Taco Bell (Dayton, OH) in Mar 2026
Interview
When I arrived at the Smithville location for my interview the manager started shouting “no it’s your turn to interview” then I heard the employees doing ‘rock paper scissors’ for who had to interview me. It was extremely rude and I think one of the cooks ended up doing the interview. He asked the bare minimum questions then told me he wasn’t sure if they were hiring. I got through the 6 questions as he wrote down some of the answers and then he told me to call and talk to the hiring manager in about 5 days from now.

They asked me my name and basic get to know you questions.
It was easy. They ask you a few questions and you answer them. The most important thing is to be polite and honest. If you do that, you will get the job.
