The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Taco Bell (Everett, WA) in May 2009
Interview
I applied for a position with the company online about a month ago. I never got a call on that job. One day I got a call from the next store over to the one I applied with who said my application was still in the system and would I like to come in for an interview. I said yes, came in that day had a very laidback, conversational interview. Discussed previous jobs, future career goals, and education. Went through a scripted interview section where I answered questions that I drew from a deck of cards. I think it was a good idea to make the scripted portion so obviously scripted but still a little fun. Sometime interviewers try and fit the scripted questions in with the flow of the interview but you can still tell they are scripted, this made it obvious that certain questions were required by the HR department but still kept the interview laidbak and informal. After about 15 minutes of conversation I was offered a job and filled out my hiring paper work.

Question 1
How often is it okay to be late for work in a month?
Really easy going, didn't feel like an interview at all. It was a great first job interview process just make sure you are trained if this is your first interview.

They might begin the interview with your answering, "how would you describe yourself?" Then "why did you apply for the job", "what your favorite food on the menu is," and "what about taco bell interest you?"
