Interview
They started with a cold call. After agreeing with them then the formal process started like face-to-face, Psychometric testing, final interview. This was a smooth journey and I think most of the competent candidate may like the process.

Well structured. Applicants really enjoy the whole process. As a consultant position, basically, I have gone through an interview process with high officials. They have exterminated my professional expatise. I have also expressed my interest to work in this organization.
