Salary expectationa aligned since begining. 3 rounds of interviews, made until the last round, client interview went perfect. The client chose me and then Tangent told me to accept a lot lower salary. Looks lime they got a candidate for less money but the client had chose me. I declined, they wasted my time. In addition, if the client requested extra hours, Tangent dis not agree to pay me aditional for that.
