Target Points interview questions

Unprofessional, disorganized. Interviewer had little insight as far as the direction of the company was headed in. The company seemed very unfocused and offered very little clarity for their goals; trying to do too many things at once. Was offered position, given two days to confirm/accept then company reneged on offer when I called to accept. Was told position was restructured. As mentioned, highly unprofessional behavior.
