The interview was relatively easy and straight forwards; the interviewer was easygoing and eased the tension in the room. There were a lot of good questions asked and they have many benefits like 401K, and insurance.

Phone and internet. Several meetings. Design consultations. Permit reviews. Menu testing. Drink pricing. Site locating. Meet the building owner. Negotiate lease. Source equipment. Install sound system. Source Point of sale system. Paint selections. Built bar. Installed floor. Applied for ABC permits and infusion permits. Applied for wine and beer permits. Hired staff. Fixed various maintenance necessities.

What to name the restaurant. Where to source the food Items such as vegetables and cheeses. How would I create and implement the beverage program. How would I negotiate the parking sharing with the neighboring business. How would I get the garbage cans and rubbish removal. Who would clean the grease trap.

The interview process was very simple for me. If you know someone who works for the company, your foot is in the door immediately. There was barely an interview. It was mostly paperwork for getting my name into the system.
