One phone interview with the HR. Basic questions.
Second was in-person interview with the Senior Director, questions were mostly around the skills mentioned in the Resume. It was more a conversation, I was told about the projects I will be working on and why they were important

Last minute interview schedules were made as it was an contractual role, hence no concern of respect showcasted.
2nd level discussion was a 5 mins discussion, based on which decision was made.
Questions asked could be more elaborate or subject oriented which allows the aspirant to talk not the interviewer to be represented.
