On the basis of experience I encountered with TCS. They day I went there, Found myself amidst of around 200 candidates hunting for this job. Directly coming to the rounds I have gone through- First Round was aptitude test consisting maths , reasoning, English, logical reasoning. 2nd round was one on one technical round where you will be checked on your knowledge and experience and third was managerial rounds who would overall see your compatibility, stability and knowledge. TCS takes more three months to complete the recruitment process as it involves 3-4 visit to recruitment office,thorough documents verification, background verification, physical address verification and inquiry from given reference via call, This all process at slow and comfortable speed, there never seemed to be in hurry.
