Hiring process was in our college.It was a 2 day process.First day, we had one aptitude test, one technical test. On second day, there were three rounds. First one was technical round.It was about testing the basis knowledge of programming. Second round was management round, in this many questions were focused to test logical thinking and evet managability. Then, the last round was HR interview. In this round, adaptability and communication skills will be checked.
