Very easy and smooth if you have a experience related to their requirements. If you have similar experience they will hire you. Great experience with TCS interview but BGV verification is really important to get an offer everything they ask as to be perfect with you or else they don't hire you even a single document is not with you they will provide you a time you have to submit it with the period or else you will not receive offer
