Interview
There was resume short-listing followed by a technical cum general ability test. Then there was personal/ technical interview.Overall it was a good experience. In the interview they grilled upon many of the technical fields which they expected me to know.

How would you deal with the not so literate workers in the plant who would be knowing only their regional language given that you aren't fluent in that ?
Shortlist the candidates based on application then they will schedule a aptitude round which will be online after
that they will conduct offline interview. Clearing the interview, you may be asked to visit SNTI office or you can do it from home.

Basic CS fundamentals and language based questions. Also from personal projects.
You just have to find a guide and a sponsor (both should be employees of Tata Steel). Register under TATA Prashikshan Scheme by taking help from your sponsor. It was also compulsory to buy online courses worth Rs. 6000.
