Dont know if they see resume before shortlisting the resume. They were confuse if they are really have any opening for current position or not. They are looking for low salary employee

Interview
Had two technical rounds. Round 1 was software competancy related (MATLAB), Round 2 was based on previous work experience and had a general discussion on it.
Round 3 was held 2 weeks later upon confirmation from technical manager, which was telephonic interview, wherein salary discussion, joining dates, and reasons for leaving current job were asked.

First L1 interview process in that two panel take your interview.
Asking related core concepts and with deeply asking for check your logical skills.
It will take 30 min or 45 min interview.
If you a select L1 then HR call you for same day for L2.
Sometimes they shedule.
L2 it's managrial round and ask about project.
