2.About current role,and skill knowledge and concepts like ASPICE,process adherence.
3.About the role expectations for which interview was conducted,followed by QandA.

Question 1
Adherance to ASPICE for a product that needs to be delivered given it needs to be worked on from design phase till delivery.This is vast for those who know about agile and embedded systems development process (ex V model).Another aspect covered in this is how the delivery timeline will map with Agile,Scope Creep and adherence to set timeline.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tata Technologies (Sat home) in May 2025
Interview
I went through a 3-stages interview. The first 2 were Technical rounds. The last one was the HR round.
I applied on 17th May 2025 via referrals. The first round happened on 23rd May 2025 and the second round happened on 2nd June 2025.
The final HR round happened on 25th June 2025.

Question 1
The interview questions included explaining, or responding to certain hypothetical scenarios involving the following concepts or thematic areas,
1) Critical Path method application.
2) Planning & scheduling. Their differences and applications.
3) Cost estimation and project scalability.
4) Experience with prior project management tools
5) Vendor and sub-contractor co-ordination challenges faced in the past and the mitigations adopted or suggested
6) Hypothetical scenario stressing for changes to project scope and causing project delays.
7) Remote co-ordination across different time zones and its planning, execution.
8) Compliance knowledge related to US, North American and EU countries.

Interview
Das Vorstellungsgespräch war sehr angenehm, die Athmosphäre war sehr entspannt und es gab einige Fragen de zu beantworten war. Es war eher ein sehr guter Austauschnals eine Befragung. Das Interview wurde online geführt.
