Team Mobot interview questions

3 rounds of interview. First it's a take home project (if you worked as a QA before this is not really a complicated task), then a phone screen by the manager (some questions about your background), and in-person interview with few people.

Similar to what others have said. 3-day deadline for a take home interview to write a test plan. No guidelines or other instructions given. Just pick a mobile app and write a test plan. Add a bug report if you find one. I got a screening call afterwards, with the BA/hiring manager. Not only was he 12 minutes late, but it was extremely noisy in their "shared workspace". It felt like he was reading questions from a script, and very uncomfortable when I asked anything (about team structure, opportunity for growth etc.). An awkward, unpleasant experience overall. Heard back several days later that I wasn't accepted, very competitive process etc. They've been posting the same ad on LinkedIn for a few weeks now.
