I recently had a rather disappointing experience with Techeze during the interview process. After successfully completing various rounds, including an aptitude test, face-to-face interview, and group discussions, I was scheduled for an interview with the CEO, Thinesh.
Unfortunately, the process took an unexpected turn. The scheduled CEO interview was initially replaced by an HR interview, followed by a task test involving website pentesting, which I successfully cleared. However, the final interview, which was delayed by an hour, ended up being postponed for a month.
Despite my continued communication with the HR representative, the process became increasingly frustrating. After one and a half months, the HR person left, and my attempts to follow up yielded no response. This lack of communication left me feeling ghosted and frustrated with the overall experience.
I believe clear and timely communication is crucial during the recruitment process, and the extended delays and lack of response have unfortunately left a negative impression.
