Tech Jose UIUX Design Intern interview questions

i was interviewed by the founder and the interview was only went for 30mins in the next 4 days he sent me the offer letter of the internship, but i requested for the founder for a 2 day concession from the start date of the internship due to my semester exams, then he messaged me "ok i will send you the updated offer letter" after 2 days i got a notification from linkedin that the company is looking for someone at the same role. i did not understand what was happening and did not message him regarding this and never received the updated offer letter still and its past 20days now
