At Tech Mahindra, the interview process consists of four rounds:
1. Aptitude Test: This round assesses logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and basic analytical skills.
2. Communication Round: This evaluates verbal and written communication skills.
3. Technical Discussion: In this round, candidates are tested on their technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in relevant technologies.
4. HR Discussion: The final round focuses on understanding the candidate’s background, career goals, and overall fit for the organization.
Easy simple and asked basic coding questions and some questions related to Java and oops and projects that I made few questions on sql and asked me to code a easy question

4 rounds, 3 technical and 1 HR,
first round is MCQ, second and third rounds are technical and coding, final round is HR, need to answer 2 coding questions and 1 communication round also
