Interview
Telephonic followed by client interview. There were 3 rounds. First round was screening, next was interview with TechM hiring manager followed by client interview which was purely technical and final round.
Its regular process . call then face to face then Manager round then HR round . Once selected document submission and BG initiated then joining . etc . this is not any special process.
