Was an easy one. Read ur resume thoroughly. You must be able to explain each and every point. There were 4 rounds. First one was phone screening, second one was versant, third one was ops round and the last one was HR round.

Good and nice experience of 3 rounds and managerial round at last . The whole interview process is very good. Every round is easy all three rounds . Anyone can Crack the interview if they have good communication skills

Interview
Basically, It contains three rounds first two manager round which tests your communication and ability to solve customers query on chat because It's a chat process and then one assesment round which test your english skills. All are eliminations round you have to be give answer quickly yet correctly.
