it was easy interview process, I was previously with other org and the project was moved to TechM so the interview was easy for me , SO i was able to clear the interview easly and it was good for sometime and later I left the company

General- where the hr screens your resume
Technical - technical questions relating to your jd is asked
Final round Ops - it is usually with the operations manager

Few rounds and versant test. Easy for BPO experienced candidates. Better to go through consultancy rather than direct interview here. For direct interview you have to wait in line for hours.
