The interview process consists of two rounds:
1. English Speaking Test (First Round):
This initial round is designed to assess the candidate's English communication skills. The interview is conversational in nature and includes a set of predefined questions provided by the HR team in advance. These commonly include:
A basic self-introduction
Description of a typical day or daily routine
Sharing of their best childhood memory
A recent travel experience
1–2 personalized questions related to the candidate’s hobbies
The purpose of this round is to evaluate fluency, clarity, and confidence in spoken English.
2. Technical Test (Second Round):
Candidates who successfully pass the first round are invited to attend a technical interview. This round focuses on assessing the candidate’s technical knowledge and problem-solving skills relevant to the position they have applied for. The format may vary depending on the role but typically involves scenario-based questions or hands-on exercises.
